Come and live your best life in this fitness based beginners dance class. You’ll be getting hot under the collar in the warm up before turning up the heat with some core stretches and then learn a short dance routine to your fav pop Diva’s!
No previous dance experience necessary. Gym gear advised so you can sweat out those weekend toxins in style and comfort! Heels optional, trainers are very welcome!

It is your responsibility to ascertain the date and time of any rearranged event.
5. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission and may on occasion have to conduct security searches to ensure the safety of the patrons.
